Privacy policy

Curbside (curbsidetrucks.com) is a product of Mindful Measures Inc. (“we”). This page explains what we collect when you use Curbside, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address, which we use to send sign-in links and to identify your account.

Truck owners. Truck name, description, cuisine, photos, menus, specials, website and social links, and the location of each GPS check-in. Check-in locations are public, because showing where a truck is serving is the point of Curbside. If you claim a listing, we also collect your contact name, phone number and the evidence you send so we can verify the claim by hand.

Event hosts. What you put in a host inquiry: phone number, event location, expected guests, schedule and notes.

Orders. If you place a pickup order, the pickup name you give, what you ordered and the order status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Ordering is currently in test mode and no real payments are taken.

Saved trucks and feedback. Trucks you save, and any feedback you send about a listing.

Your location, only if you ask. “Find me” uses your device’s location to sort nearby trucks. That location stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting and security providers and by the advertising tools described below.

How we use it

  • To run Curbside: sign you in, show truck locations and menus, handle claims, host inquiries and orders.
  • To keep Curbside secure and prevent abuse, including bot checks when you sign in.
  • To contact you about your account, a claim, an inquiry or an order.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, as described below.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise Curbside on Facebook and Instagram. To learn whether those ads work, our site uses the Meta Pixel, and our servers use Meta’s Conversions API. When you visit Curbside or create an account, Meta may receive the page you viewed, the fact that you signed up, your IP address and browser details, Meta cookie identifiers, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and account ID. Meta uses this to match visits and sign-ups to its users, measure our ads and show ads to people likely to be interested. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You can control ads based on activity from other websites in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in (Supabase session cookies) and for the bot check on the sign-in form (Cloudflare Turnstile). The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc) to measure ads. Blocking cookies may stop sign-in from working.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run Curbside for us, and only for that purpose:

  • Supabase stores accounts and app data.
  • Vercel hosts the website and counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
  • Resend sends sign-in emails.
  • Cloudflare runs the Turnstile bot check.
  • Stripe processes payments and connects truck owners’ payout accounts.
  • OpenAI reads menu photos that truck owners choose to scan. We ask OpenAI not to store them.
  • OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles, so your browser requests map images from its servers.
  • Meta receives the advertising data described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Curbside, our users or the public.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account is active. Truck owners can delete a truck from their dashboard. To delete your account or ask what we hold about you, email info@reignos.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as order and payment records, may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Children

Curbside is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions: info@reignos.com.
